✅ Products Eligible for Return/Refund

Only products that are specifically marked as “Returnable” or “Refundable” are eligible for return or refund.

⏳ Note on Delivery Time:
If a product is marked as “Out for Delivery”, it may still take 7–10 days to reach your address depending on your location and courier service.

You may request a return or refund if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • The product does not match the selected size/design

Conditions:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • The return will be accepted only after our team reviews and approves your request.


❌ Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Products

Returns or refunds are not applicable for the following:

  • Customized or personalized t-shirts

  • Products bought during sale, discount, or clearance where it’s mentioned “No Return / No Refund”

  • Used, altered, or washed items


🔁 How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Contact Us: Within 3 days of receiving the product.

  2. Provide Details: Send your order number and product photos.

  3. Approval: Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.

  4. Refund Processing: After receiving and inspecting the product, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

📌 Note: Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer unless the product was received in a wrong or damaged condition.
